  • Non-Eligible Items: Gift items, personalized items, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days after receiving and inspecting approved returns.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

    • Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of receiving the item, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  2. Non-Eligible for Returns:

    • Items that are not defective or damaged (e.g., returns due to change of mind or personal preference).
    • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
    • Gift items, personalized items, undergarments, or any items marked as "non-returnable."

2. Dynamic Supply Chain

Due to our dynamic supply chain, which involves third-party suppliers and global logistics, our return process follows these guidelines:

  1. Approval Required:

    • All return requests must be approved by GentEase before any items are shipped back.
    • A dynamic return address will be provided based on the supplier's location only for approved returns.
  2. Unauthorized Returns:

    • Unauthorized returns or items shipped to an unapproved address will not be accepted or processed.
    • Customers are responsible for disposing of unauthorized or non-eligible items at their discretion.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  1. For Approved Returns:

    • GentEase will bear the return shipping cost if the item is defective or damaged.
    • Return instructions, including the dynamic shipping address, will be provided upon approval.
  2. For Non-Eligible Returns:

    • GentEase does not provide a return address for non-eligible items.
    • Customers are responsible for disposing of such items themselves.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request:

    • Visit our Return Portal and submit your request using your order number and email address.
    • Attach clear photos of the defective or damaged items as evidence.
  2. Receive Approval:

    • If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a dynamic return address.
    • If not approved, customers are responsible for managing the non-eligible item themselves.
  3. Ship the Item:

    • Ship the item to the provided address within 5 business days of receiving approval.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If unavailable, GentEase may offer store credit or an alternative refund method agreed upon with the customer.

5. Special Notes

  1. Photographic Evidence:

    • All return requests must include clear photographs of the item showing the defect or damage. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in denial of the return request.
  2. Final Sale Items:

    • Gift items, personalized items, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  3. Dynamic Address Changes:

    • Return addresses are dynamic and may vary based on the supplier’s location. Always wait for approval before shipping any items.
  4. Unauthorized Returns:

    • Items sent to GentEase without prior approval will not be processed or returned.
